Made by Lindsey's builder partner, Josh, here on the Sunshine Coast from untreated pine. Available in sizes 75cm and 85cm. These saw horses are a fantastic way for children to be able to use hand saws safely and independently. These are a fantastic tool for those ‘busy’, hands-on children who like to do ‘real’ work.
Safety: By wearing closed-in shoes, placing a glove on the hand holding the wood and keeping the gloved hand inside the saw horse whilst sawing on the outside with an adult supervising, it is very difficult for a child to cut themselves. We have not had a cut at Forest School from a saw since we started whilst following these safety precautions.
Price starts from $85 for a 75cm horse and goes up $5 for every additional 5cm in height. E.g. An 85cm saw horse is $95
