Shipping policy

• We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel. Current Rates - Regular Post $12.95 Express Post $15.70 Intl $20.00.
• Australia Post service delivers Australia wide. If you choose to change the delivery to safe drop, Wildlings Forest School takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Deliveries in Australia are to be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes where possible. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, parcel will be returned to an Australia Post Office or another depot for collection. Home delivery is not guaranteed. 
• In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advise of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
• International shipping is also available to selected countries only. Delivery times can take up to one month so please consider this before using this service. Some products are unable to be shipped Internationally due to customs regulations.
• We now offer Express Post as a shipping option. This is not an overnight service. Please be aware that Express Post is still subject to our 2-3 Business Day despatch time or longer in peak periods. However, we do treat Express as a priority and aim to have your parcel despatched earlier if possible. 

FAQ’S

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We do our best to ship items within 2-3 days from the time you place your order from Sunshine Coast, Queensland (excluding weekends and holidays)in non-peak periods. Our Peak period starts October and finishes at the end of December but can also include sales. During this time, your parcel may take up to a week to despatch. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. This could be longer in peak periods or where our transport partners are experiencing delays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number after your order has shippedso you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website or app.Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system. If you are not receiving updates from Australia Post, first check your junk mail or spam filters to see if the tracking emails have ended up there. If you have no luck, contact us and we will send you the tracking number.
